Hello!
I’m Lily, a recent marketing graduate who enjoys finding creative ways to solve problems and connect with different audiences. What I enjoy most about marketing is that no two projects are the same, and my experience with digital content, website development, market research, and strategy has allowed me to explore both the creative and analytical sides of the field.

Education

I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Winthrop University with a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. My education gave me a strong foundation in marketing strategy, consumer behavior, market research, and digital marketing, while hands-on projects allowed me to apply those skills to real businesses and organizations. I was honored to receive the Certificate for Outstanding Achievement in the BADM: Marketing Concentration, an award given to one graduating student from each concentration in recognition of their academic performance and accomplishments.
Experience
My internship with the Small Business Development Center gave me the opportunity to work with local businesses and organizations on real marketing challenges. I worked on a variety of projects involving marketing strategy, market research, social media, website development, and brand messaging. One of my favorite parts of the experience was getting to work with different types of businesses and finding an approach that made sense for each of their goals. This experience helped me become a more confident and well-rounded marketer while showing me how much I enjoy turning ideas into strategies that can make a real impact.

Beyond Marketing

Outside of marketing, my 6+ years of experience in customer service have played a big role in shaping how I work with people. Working in fast-paced, customer-facing environments has taught me how to communicate with different personalities, adapt quickly, work as part of a team, and stay calm when things don’t go as planned. It has also given me a better understanding of how important the customer experience is and how small interactions can shape the way someone views a business. I carry those lessons into my work as a marketer and the way I approach clients, audiences, and their needs.
